Ahora solo falta que un alma caritativa me de la oportunidad de seguir formandome y trabajar en un horno artesano de Barcelona... Pero esta tan dificil que me da miedo olvidar todos los conocimientos.

Un saludo y suerte.. Las oficinas están en la calle Aragón y la escuela En calle Pau Clarís... del centro de Barcelona

]]> 2013-09-03T20:01:47+01:00 http://www.elforodelpan.com/viewtopic.php?t=1235&p=67800#p67800 <![CDATA[Que dificil es aprender el oficio]]> Pasado el veranito todo vuelve a la normalidad y sigo en mis trece de cumplir mis deseos cueste lo que cueste, jejejeje, asi que me he propuesto "como sea" aprender el oficio de panadera ¡¡¡¡UFFFF¡¡¡¡ y que dificil es encontrar a donde aprenderlo, pues si aunque suene raro.... no encuentro ningun sitio en Lleida ni provincia donde me puedan enseñar, ¿¿¿podeis creelo?? he preguntado en los gremios, en las federaciones, en las asociaciones.... en fin :| ejem ejem un poquillo de mafia me ha parecido.. la respuesta de TODOS ELLOS "no hacemos cursos de panaderia" Grrrrrrrrr
POR FAVORRRRRR ¿ALGUIEN ME PUEDE ENSEÑAR EL OFICIO??? :o
Pero como a cabezona no me gana nadie, pos voy a ver si encuentro en otra ciudad a donde aprender el oficio ;)


Por cierto si alguien sabe de estos cursos y fuera tan amable de echarme un cable....PUES MIL GRACIASSSS

Alguien sabe si es mejor hacer un ciclo formativo de grado medio de toda la vida en cataluña o si hay que ir mejor a alguna escuela de Francia?
