El primero ha salido sosillo, ha greñado en el horno y no era "de espuma", como dicen mis peques. Es una receta simple, sin MM, sin prefemento... ha caído en una merienda (600 gr. de roscón), pero podía estar mejor dicen en casa.

Es cierto, pero creo que quieren que siga practicando, :lol:

Ayer me animé a hacer el Pan Persa del libro de Iban, el que hizo el otro día en RobinFood. Sirvió para acompañar una tortilla de patata para cenar y la verdad es que está muy bueno, yo no tenía esas semillas y las sustituí por lo que tenía por casa(Sésamo, romero recién cortado, pimienta, oregano cosecha propia). En fin que no será la última vez que lo haga.

He sustituido todo el liquido de la receta por una que le ha dado un toque buenísimo al pan.

La miga estaba mucho más gelatinizada que la del otro pan que hice hace tiempo, con alveolos más grandes y miga más elástica. A ver s voy a por el tercero y lo enseño pronto.

También os dejo la recetilla del blog, un Pumpkin Pie, que es lo que toca por aquí en estas fechas

Esta mañana he horneado estas dos hogazas, la redonda de Centeno, T80 y MM de centeno.
La otra de Espelta T150 y MM de espelta, las dos con un prefermento al 60% de flor cere.
