Love to bake, both for my small family as for a steadily growing group of people in my village that are just fed up with the poor quality bread that the regular bakeries sell. Sort of specialize in speltbreads, for people with wheat-gluten intolerance. For them it is even harder to find quality bread at a reasonable price.
