Asunto:  Mi masa madre no sube mucho.
Hola a todos.

He hecho masa madre por primera vez. Hace siete días que empecé le proceso. No parece que vaya mal, el aspecto parece bueno, pero me parece que no crece mucho.
La hice con harina integral de trigo y al final la refresqué con harina blanca.
Os pongo un par de fotos.

¿Alguna idea?.

Esa masa parece bastante líquida. Si es muy líquida funciona igual, pero como el gas se le escapa, no la verás subir mucho.
La manera más fácil de comprobar si funciona es hacer un pan ;)

Entonces no sé por qué sube poco. De todas formas, no tiene mal aspecto. Si huele bien (ácido y rico), seguramente funcionará. Yo probaría a hacer un pan (y luego nos cuentas, claro).

Pues la mia no llega nunca al doble, come como una loca y no crece :cry:
Pero parece ser que con la harina de trigo es totalmente normal, por lo que me han dicho en el foro, la de centeno es mas espectacular.
Yo con la de trigo solo veo pequeñas burbujas, quizas la mas grande de 1mm.
He observado que, una vez alcanza el maximo, si se remueve, vuelve a aumentar de volumen. Si se vuelve a remover una vez aumentado de nuevo de volumen, solo crece la mitad que antes o algo menos.
Esto me hace pensar que los bichitos no estan repartidos por igual en la masa :shock: lo mismo estoy equivocado, pero al principio hay distintas concentraciones de burbujas en la masa, por eso probé a remover en lugar de refrescar y funcionó.
La textura me dio la impresión de que mejoró.

Ahora mismo disequé la mayor parte de la madre y he utilizado un poco para empezar a hacer pan.
No se si te pasará a ti tambien, pero a mi me tarda muchisimo hasta que alcanza el maximo, 2 dias creo (soy primerizo).
