Quería comprarme este libro. He estado mirando en amazon y existen varios libros de este autor sobre este tema. El libro "The art of fermentation", ¿se considera que incluye en su contenido el de "Wild fermentation" o hay temas que se mencionan en uno pero no en el otro?Ibán escribió: Hace poco me he comprado su último libro, "The art of fermentation", prologado por Michael Pollan. Es un libro (digamos desde un punto de vista "objetivo") mucho "mejor"... en teoría. Más completo, más explicado, más amplio, con más razonamientos y recetas, etc... Pero "Wild Fermentation" para mí sigue siendo uno de esos libros especiales que tienes con orgullo en la biblioteca.

It is my great pleasure to announce the publication of a revised and updated edition of my book Wild Fermentation. The new edition is the result of all I have learned in the years since the book’s original publication in 2003. I am a more experienced fermentation educator now, and I have reorganized things somewhat, explained them a little differently, added some new recipes, improved many of the old ones, culled out a few that weren’t so great or relevant, and added lots of color photos.
