¡Buenos días! Como no consigo dominar a mi hornico, me estoy planteando seriamente comprar uno nuevo, y estoy totalmente perdida. ¿Algún forero se ha comprado alguno ultimamente, y para mí lo más importante, lo ha domado ya?. No me atrevo a elegir ninguno sin una opinión panadera al respecto, digo yo, que alguien habrá contento con su horno nuevo. Como veis, año nuevo y por mis fueros tengo que hacer un pan guay. Nosotros acabamos de comprarnos un combinado de aire (ventilador) con función vapor, y este fin de semana hemos hecho nuestro primer pan con masa madre (según la receta de La Guía del Pan). Lástima que el sabor no se pueda fotografiar, porque lo hemos estrenado con embutido ibérico y juro que apetecía comerse el pan solo.

Teníamos dudas de si un horno que, aparentemente, no tiene resistencias ni arriba ni abajo (salvo la que calienta el aire y la del evaporador) sería capaz de hacer pan y hemos probado que sí. No se puede decir que lo tengamos domado todavía pero hasta ahora ha cumplido.

!Buenas! Panfanatic, ? entonces tu horno en esa función pan, que temperatura alcanza y también pones piedra de hornear?. Me interesa mucho, porque hay tal variedad de modelos y marcas que me siento bastante indecisa. Gracias.

Llega a 275º. Medidos dentro, es super hermetico., aunque cua so alcanza esa temperatura lo bajo a 250º, y piedra no pero chapa de hierro, si.

Hola. Este es mi primer mensaje,así que aprovecho para saludaros a todos. Espero que podáis ayudarme con mi consulta. Buscando hornos de vapor combinados he llegado hasta el AEG BS9314001M modelo 2013, parece bastante completo, sonda térmica, 5 bandejas, carrilles telescópicos en tres niveles, etc. ¿Alguien tiene ese modelo o similar?. Quiero comenzar a cocinar un poco más en serio y me gustaría utilizarlo para hacer pan, pizzas, cocer verduras, pescados y mariscos al vapor, pescados y carnes al horno, etc. En el manual de instrucciones indica que la función solo vapor llega desde los 30 a los 96 grados. en otro hornos la función vapor llega a los 100 grados. Alguien sabe el por qué de esta limitación?, puede influir en la coción de las verduras, pescados, etc?. Un saludo y muchas gracias por vuestra ayuda.

Hola hurbinek, Yo me he comprado este horno Electrolux que es del mismo grupo que AEG. El mio es un modelo inferior al tuyo pero con limpieza pirolítica que es lo que yo buscava, aún no lo tengo, me tiene que llegar la semana que viene. El AEG lleva un recipiente en el fondo del horno que es por donde sale el vapor el Electrolux en cambio el vapor sale por arriba. Este es el hilo oficial de los hornos a vapor por si te interesa. También te recomiendo este blog donde muchos tienen eun AEG parecido al que buscas. un saludo
