Hola, siempre que viajo a Holanda compro unos bollos súper típicos con pasas (los ponen en el desayuno de todos los hoteles), me he animado a hacerlos en casa ya que me sale un poco caro irme hasta Holanda a por ellos :D el problema es que no encuentro la receta por ningún sitio.. encontré una de krentenbollen pero estos son tipo pan y no es lo que yo digo. Os pongo un link con las fotos por si alguien me puede ayudar dándome la receta.

La verdad es que he visto los Cross Buns y son bastante parecidos pero sin la cruz y el glaseado... a ver si hay suerte y damos con la receta!!!

Jo, yo en Holanda siempre me ponía ciego a krentenbollen (eso y stroopwafels). Yo diría que son algo más ligeros que los hot cross buns. Haz una receta enriquecida con algo de leche, mantequilla y un poco de huevo, no creo que tenga mucho misterio reproducir su textura. Juega un poco con las proporciones y ajusta el especiado. Y, esencial esencial esencial... como dice el nombre, no uses más que pasas de Corinto (a veces me cuesta encontrar buenas pasas de Corinto en España).

Eso sí, he visto que la temperatura de masa está a 25º y que los bollitos, tan arrugados de piaellll, parecen sobrefermentados . Por cierto... parecen de blandiblú ¿no?
