There's nothing really to be calculated for soakers, just put grain & water together and wait. Dunno how I should put that into a calculator...

It's your local time zone. You will receive a series of meeting requests for your scheduling software, e.g. Outlook or your smartphone calendar. And these requests require your local time zone, otherwise you have to feed & bake as to my time zone -- that'd give you dinner-rolls rather than breakfast-rolls
