If i'm here, it's to look for a job in Barcelona. I don't speak spanish and just begin to learn it so, maybe it will be a handicap to get a job. But i think bread is an universal language !!

To talk a little about my baker experience, i only used to work in hand-crafted bakeries and use different fermantation process. I also have a great experience with croissant and brioche dough.
