Hola, I'm Richelle! Born in Holland, but living in Andalucia for 10 years now.
Full time "cortijera", part time baker - I give a bread baking class about twice a year at Bonsfocs (http://www.bonsfocs.com) in Barcelona, where Iban has been teaching as well. "Holanda Dulce" and "Panecillos" were the most recent ones, a very full weekend this April. If you're interested, you can have a look at some fotos at their blog.
Love to bake, both for my small family as for a steadily growing group of people in my village that are just fed up with the poor quality bread that the regular bakeries sell. Sort of specialize in speltbreads, for people with wheat-gluten intolerance. For them it is even harder to find quality bread at a reasonable price.
Will stop by here every once in a while, have put the Fogaça on my 'to bake' list, so will report back on that one as well.
